For the last ten years, Harvey Katz has been performing heart-on-sleeve spoken word poetry, as a story-teller, and as a multi-media homo-hopper under the pseudonym "Athens Boys Choir". He is a transgender artist and educator with a soft heart but a voice that cuts through crowds. He has released 5 albums over his career. His essays and poetry have been published in numerous anthologies and enjoyed at hundreds of colleges. He is a hard-edged softy, masculine feminist, and a cat appreciating dog-person.
