Dr. Heather Gautney is an associate professor of sociology at Fordham University. She is author of Protest and Organization in the Alternative Globalization Era (Palgrave Macmillan). She was a legislative fellow in the Office of Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) in 2012-13, and is a Senior Researcher on his 2016 presidential campaign.
