Nicki started her career in Marketing and Live Event Management, delivering large scale consumer engagement events with passion and grace. After the birth of child no. 3, she started to question the day to day enjoyment of her work and decided to focus her efforts and talents where it had the most positive impact - which was on the coaching and development of others. Nicki now works to ensure that others realise that life doesn't start when the working week ends and to help them find the spark that lights their fire. Oh, and she now lives and works in Shanghai!
