Formerly associated with the New York law firms of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Tenzer, Greenblatt, Herb Nass founded and now manages his own law firm with offices located in New York City, Harrison, New York, and Norwalk, Connecticut. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, and California.

Herbert E. Nass & Associates practices in the areas of wills, estates and trusts, and with all probate related matters. The firm also represents numerous visual artists and art collectors.

Herb Nass graduated from Horace Mann High School in Riverdale, New York, majored in Art History at Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania, and received his law degree in 1984 from the NYU School of Law in New York City. He is a member of The Harmonie Club in New York City and Beach Point Club located in Mamaroneck, New York.

As an author and lecturer on the topics of celebrity Wills and estate planning, Herb Nass frequently appears on television talk shows and news reports including The Oprah Winfrey Show, Larry King Live, Entertainment Tonight, Inside Edition, The Early Show, Today in New York, The O'Reilly Factor as well as Court TV, CNNfn, and Fox News. In addition, Mr. Nass has lectured at the 92nd Street Y and the Harvard Club in New York City, and to numerous groups across the United States.

Attorney Nass' third book entitled, The 101 Biggest Estate Planning Mistakes, will be published by John Wiley & Sons in November of 2009.
