Houston Miller is a professor of chemistry at the George Washington University. His research focuses on laser diagnostics applied to combustion science, atmospheric chemistry and biotechnology. Dr. Miller spends several weeks every summer in Fairbanks, Alaska, measuring carbon emissions from the "center of climate change."
