I am a dentist and an author of children's books, Sam and the Sugar Bug, Leila and the Tooth Fairy, Funny Teeth and Bunny Ears and Leila's First Visit to the Dentist. My day to day experiences inspired me to write books to educate children about the importance of good oral health and a healthy diet. All the books have been added to the National Recourse list for kids with special needs. They continue to be the only books to help children with Special needs, especially Autism. I have extensively worked on educating parents about Nursing Bottle Syndrome which continues to be a very under addressed issue in USA
