Alfred E. Blake IV

Uses the Intra/entrepreneurial mindset to help millennials enhance their personal brands and achieve competitive advantage.

While we’d like to remain comfortable in our pursuit of success, there is something about being innovative that involves a certain amount of risk. In that risk, conventional ways are destroyed and traditional methods are questioned. A necessary perspective that few are willing to embrace, Alfred created a platform for millennials that will allow them to take ownership of their responsibilities and impact their lives. Alfred takes pride in the engaging nature of his seminars and acclaim from attendees. Alfred is the author of The Students Handbook To Breaking All The Rules and Assistant Director of Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Programs at Rutgers Business School. In the past he has partnered with: Pharrell Williams K!dult Conference, Fast Company Magazine, Monster.com, Rutgers University, Hofstra University, Newark Public Schools, The Children's Defense Fund Freedom Schools, Hartford Public Schools and has been featured in Motivated Magazine to name a few. Even with the aforementioned accomplishments, the one he is most proud of is being the father of Skylar Jaelle Blake... a child that has somehow figured a way to wrap his 250lb frame around her pinky finger. Alfred is looking forward to teaching you how to build your brand, and execute entrepreneurially in your life.
