Ilene is CEO and Founder of WomenLEAD, Inc.: Disrupting mentorship and accelerating women’s development as leaders with an innovative online “Personal Advisory Board™” platform. WomenLEAD, Inc. won $285,000 as A 2014 Verizon Powerful Answer awards finalist, was a 2013 Mass Challenge finalist and was named a Boston Business Journal’s “Top 5 Companies to Watch.”

Ilene was the CEO of WEST, an organization that develops women in science, engineering and technology as leaders. She was a Managing Director at the Tom Peters Company!, a Partner at PA Consulting Group, and a Partner at Innovation Associates (IA), founded by Peter Senge. Ilene has a B.S. in Chemistry and studied business at Harvard University.
