Indre Biskis has 20 years of experience developing and managing international development programs at World Learning. She specializes in technology education and has managed the World Learning/Cisco/USAID Supporting Technology and Entrepreneurship project since 2010.
She served as a Peace Corps volunteer, followed by 5 years as World Learning Country Director in Lithuania, where she combined international development work with cross-cultural training to help the country’s transition to a market economy. Her passion is innovating ways to make international development programs more inclusive of persons with disabilities and vulnerable populations.
