Stengel, a former prosecutor in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, is a New York City-based criminal defense attorney who has also worked in the executive and legislative branches of New York State government and for the Brennan Center for Justice. Andrew is a graduate of Albany Law School, where he was Editor in Chief of the Albany Government Law Review, and Brandeis University.
