Inge Fryklund, JD, PhD (in Human Factors, user-centered systems design), has worked in Afghanistan, Iraq, Central Asia, Kosovo and Palestine, with a focus on elections, rule of law, and the links between lack of governmental accountability and terrorism/insurgency. She has also taught privatization and public sector management at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and is a former Chicago supervising prosecutor and City of Chicago department head. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Law Enforcement Action Partnership (LEAP).
