Ivylise Simones

As HuffPost’s Creative Director, Ivylise oversees all editorial design and runs the Visuals department for the newsroom. Before joining HuffPost, she was the design director at WIRED magazine. Formerly, she’s applied her design finesse and overseen art departments at New York Observer, Village Voice, Showtime, People and Popular Science. In 2016, she led an award-winning redesign and rebrand of Mother Jones as Creative Director. Originally from Miami, she currently lives in New Jersey with her husband and two cats, Frankie and Inspector Picklejuice.
