Jack Alvey is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and currently serves as Rector of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Selma. Jack and his wife Jamie attended the University of Alabama where Jamie received her Master in Social Work. After college, Jack attended Virginia Theological Seminary in Alexandria where he received his Master of Divinity in 2009. Jack and Jamie have one daughter named Mary Katherine. Before moving to Selma, Jack was the Associate Rector at All Saints' Episcopal Church in Homewood, a suburb of Birmingham.
