Jack Hanson

Jack Hanson, LCAM, is the President and CEO of The Melrose Management Partnership based in Orlando, Florida, providing professional management services to multiple Home Owner Associations throughout the state of Florida. In 2007 The Melrose Management Group was recognized as one of the “Top 100 Property Management Companies in Florida” by the Community Association Institute. Over the past 17 years Jack has managed over 200,000 dwellings in 500 communities and 1,250 associations statewide ranging from small to large high-rise buildings, master associations, and condominiums, as well as multi-family, active adult communities and resort style living. Jack is co-author, along with Brian Tracy, of Power Principles for Success, Volume 2: America's PremierExperts® Share Their Biggest Success Secrets For a Life of Health, Wealth, Happiness and Prosperity. Jack has been featured on in the New York Business Journal, The Miami Herald, Reuters, the San Francisco Business Times, Bay News 9, and on various ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox affiliates across the country. Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, and an MBA from the University of Florida and is a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) from the state of Florida.
