Social entrepreneur and founder, Benelab

Jack Kim is 17 and lives in Seattle, Wash. He has a passion for social entrepreneurship. He was born and raised in Korea and moved over to the States in sixth grade. He started making some websites during freshman year and then one day suddenly realized that all the methods he was using to generate money online could be used to raise money for charity. He moved on to found Benelab, a nonprofit search engine that donates 100 percent of ad revenue to charity, and now it is his personal goal to harness the immense power of the Web to make philanthropy easier and more accessible to everyone, anywhere in the world. He really enjoys running his nonprofit venture and playing soccer.
