Jackie Harder

Jackie Harder exchanged her 30-year career as a newspaper executive for a stint as the CEO of a local chamber of commerce before she came back to her True Love – helping business and professional women succeed through coaching.

She’s been a certified coach since 2003, intending her business – Key Dynamics Coaching and Consulting – to be a third career when she retired. And on the cusp of her 60th birthday – Jackie thought, “If not now, when?” and took flight.

Jackie has a degree in journalism and communication from the University of Florida and is a certified trainer with AchieveGlobal. She gives back to her community in a variety of ways. She has served on committees with the state’s tourism agency, was on the regional federal workforce board, and taught English as a second language. Today, she is proud to be a member of the Key Largo Volunteer Fire Department Board of Directors.
