Writer and student who has spent the past 18 years in the Tennessee prison
Jacob Davis is a writer and student who has spent the past 18 years in the Tennessee prison system serving a life sentence with possibility of parole, which in Tennessee is 51 years. He is an inside member of No Exceptions Prison Collective, and the intentional faith community Harriet Tubman House. His work has been published in the Contemporary Justice Review, and he has an article in the upcoming edition of the Pepperdine journal Leaven.
