Jamar Q. Chiles is a Professor of Government, Criminal Justice and Public Administration at Union County College New Jersey (NJ). He is also a Sheriff's Investigator in NJ. Jamar received a B.A Psychology at Bloomfield College in Bloomfield, NJ, a MPA degree from Capella University and spent two semester studying Negotiation and Conflict resolution at Columbia University in New York City. Currently, Jamar is a first year Doctoral student at Cal-U working on a Doctorate in Criminal Justice.
