James Loduca is Vice President, Philanthropy & Public Affairs at San Francisco AIDS Foundation. In this role, he oversees the agency’s philanthropy, health policy, advocacy, communications, social marketing, publications, and community engagement.

James has more than two decades experience in the private and social sector. His career has focused on improving the lives of marginalized communities via product innovation, service delivery, grant making, capacity building, mobilization and education. He has presented at numerous scientific conferences on health, sex and technology, and consults with companies and nonprofits on strategic philanthropy.

In his free time, James is an endurance athlete, and is preparing to run a marathon on the Great Wall of China. He is co-creator of LYRIC ABUSE together with his boyfriend Cory Schisler.
