James Rosenberg

James (“Jamie”) Rosenberg is the Founder and President of Adopt-A-Classroom, a national nonprofit organization that increases opportunity for student success by empowering teachers with community partners and funds to purchase resources for the classroom.

Founded by Jamie in 1998, Adopt-A-Classroom has grown to become one of the country’s leading and most innovative education philanthropies. Through the organization, Jamie has raised over $16 million on behalf of classrooms across the United States, improving the learning environment for over 1 million children.

Prior to starting Adopt-A-Classroom, Jamie was a mergers and acquisitions attorney at Akerman Senterfitt, one of the nation’s largest corporate practices. He received his bachelors of arts from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
