Head of Arctic Communications, Greenpeace

James Turner is the head of communications for Greenpeace International's Arctic campaign, and a former journalist from London. He produced one of Britain’s flagship political TV shows, The Jonathan Dimbleby Programme, for three years before moving to Greenpeace.

Born in Oxford, England, Turner has worked on some of the most high profile campaigns Greenpeace has engaged with over the past years, including the successful attempt to block airport expansion at London’s Heathrow and a series of initiatives aimed at stopping large companies using products linked to rainforest destruction in Indonesia and the Amazon.
