Jay Franzone is a December 2016 graduate of Lasell College with a degree in Contemporary Political Communication. He testified in the Fall of 2015 before the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Committee on Blood Safety for the second consecutive year. He also serves as the Director of Communications for the National Gay Blood Drive and gave blood for the first time in January 2017, after a year of abstinence.
