Jay IDK (Ignorantly Delivering Knowledge) is a 23 year-old American hip-hop recording artist from PG County, Maryland. His latest project, SubTrap, was released on August 25, 2015, and it stands for Suburban Trap or “Trap music with substance.” It is a project based on Jay’s life while in and out of jail from 2009 to 2012. The album features singles "God Said Trap" and the well-received track, "The Plug." The album received praise for his knack for storytelling and impeccable wordplay. Since the release, Jay IDK has racked up over 2 million plays on Soundcloud, sending him on tour dates with G-Eazy, Post Malone and A$AP Ferg.
