Jean-Max Bellerive is Prime Minister of the Republic of Haiti. Born in Haiti, and educated in Switzerland, France and Belgium, he previously served for three years as Haiti’s Minister of Planning and External Cooperation. Before that, he was chief of staff and a cabinet member to four Prime Ministers.
