Prior to this role, Jeff served as the CMO across the G/O Digital National and Local businesses where he built the marketing team and brand from the ground up. With more than 15 years of brand, digital and startup marketing experience, Jeff has held multiple leadership roles at PepsiCo, Gatorade, Frito-Lay, ConAgra and Sears Holdings.
An early adopter of digital, social and content marketing, his accomplishments include development of the Best Native/Sponsored Ad Campaign of 2015, creation of the first brand-led Hispanic video series distributed through YouTube, a finalist for Best Web Series of 2011 and launching the first social commerce app on Facebook allowing users to shop-by-video.
Jeff is a frequent industry speaker and published contributor across influential digital, retail and mobile marketing press including: Content Marketing Institute, Ad Age, Fast Company, Entrepreneur and Venture Beat.
He began his career in public relations, progressing to product management and innovation leadership positions at Gatorade, Frito-Lay and ConAgra. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and earned an MBA in marketing strategy and e-commerce from Loyola University in Chicago.
