Jeff Giesea

Jeff Giesea is the co-founder and CEO of BestVendor, a free online purchasing resource for startups and small businesses that functions similar to Yelp or Glassdoor. The company recently closed seed funding from Peter Thiel, Lerer Ventures, SoftBank Capital, and SVAngel. Beta invitations are available at http://www.bestvendor.com.

Previously, Jeff founded and led FierceMarkets, a leading online B2B media company based in Washington, DC. He sold the company to Questex Media and the Audax Group in 2008 and has been widely recognized as an innovator in the B2B media and marketing services industries.

In addition to his work at BestVendor, Jeff is the non-executive chairman of Three Ships Media, a Raleigh-based digital marketing agency. He also serves as treasurer of the Foundation for Economic Education based in Irvington, NY. Jeff is a graduate of Stanford.
