Jeff is the President and CEO of the Boston-based Center for Social Innovation. Starting as an outreach worker on the streets of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jeff served as case manager, housing director, coalition builder, writer, and teacher and has become a national leader on homelessness, poverty, affordable housing, behavioral health, and public health. His work with hundreds of organizations across the U.S. and internationally has promoted strategic planning, organizational management, and the use of evidence-based practices.
