Jennifer Cohen has emerged as one of the preeminent fitness personalities in Canada after a decade of training celebrities and other high profile clientele. She has become an authority and role model based on her savvy, straight-talking approach and belief in a ‘clean living’ lifestyle that forgoes the fads and focuses on long-term sustainable results.

Cohen is a regular contributor to Maxim Radio and Flare Magazine, Canada’s top fashion magazine. She is also the spokesperson and active wear spokes model for La Senza (a Victoria’s Secret brand); her image is used for marketing materials which include billboards across Canada. She had an integral part in the Nike Goddess campaign and was featured on billboards in the U.S. from Beverly Hills to Times Square. In her role as fitness director for a chain of fitness clubs, including the prestigious Yorkville Club, Cohen’s expertise serves a clientele of local and visiting dignitaries and celebrities.

Underscoring her commitment to promote a healthy lifestyle through nutrition and exercise, Cohen has teamed with Healthy Heart Meals, Canada’s leading food delivery service with a focus on well-balanced, portion-controlled meals. In the U.S. she is the spokesperson for Living Right, a new organic food line found at Whole Foods stores.

Cohen’s reputation has catapulted her into the spotlight with regular appearances on MTV Canada, Star! Daily, Global TV, Breakfast Television and eTalk – Canada’s top-rated program for entertainment news. She has been featured in such publications as Globe and Mail, Flare, Glow, Zink and the MSN website. That exposure has led her to corporate consulting for companies such as The Toronto Dominion Bank, Cadillac Fairview Corporation, NBC Universal and record labels Motown, Def Jam and BMG.

Jennifer Cohen’s first book, No Gym Required, is due out January 2009. She is based in Toronto and now Los Angeles as demand for her expertise and personal brand spreads throughout North America.
