Writer and Blogger, Food Genius
Jennifer Fields is a freelance writer and blogger for Food Genius™ as well as other media outlets, contributing to conversations in the food and health and wellness arenas. A few years ago, she earned a Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Diploma in Portland, Oregon. She wanted to take her professional chef training and apply it to writing knowledgeably about the culinary world. Jennifer has since written about food topics for TheSweethome.com, TastingTable.com, Culinate.com, TaylorEason.com and Barnes & Noble, to name a few. A Pacific Northwest native, she now resides in sunny Denver, Colorado.
