Jennifer Giuffre-Donohue is a stay at home mom and part time medical transcriptionist from Long Island, New York. As of September 2014 she's a five year survivor of a type of blood cancer called Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.

A graduate of Hofstra University, Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. Jenn doesn’t remember a time when she didn’t love to write and was published for the first time in college when one of her poems appeared in Creations Magazine. In 2011 a story that she wrote about her cancer experience was featured in Dr. Bernie Siegel’s book A Book of Miracles. She’s currently writing a book called Cancer, With a Twist about her cancer experience. She wrote and is performing in a one-act play of the same name, excerpted from the book, in April of 2014 in a local play festival in her hometown.
