Jennifer McDonald is the Savings Manager for the Product Development Team at Women’s World Banking, the global nonprofit devoted to giving more low-income women access to the financial tools and resources they require to build security and prosperity.
She became part of the organization in 2009, leading Women’s World Banking’s savings practice and supporting partner institutions to develop and implement savings products that work for underprivileged women and their families.
In recent years she collaborated with banks in Nigeria, Malawi, Pakistan and Colombia to introduce tailored savings products for women and develop innovative delivery channels to reach them.
