Dr. Jeremy Kidd was born and raised in rural Virginia before moving to New York City to become a psychiatrist at Columbia University. Along the way, he earned his MD from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MPH from Boston University. Dr. Kidd specializes in working with LGBTQ people and those seeking treatment for tobacco/alcohol/drug problems. His research focuses on the intersections of sexuality, gender, and substance use and on developing culturally-tailored treatments for LGBTQ people with addiction.
