Jessica Mendoza is the 2014 Human Rights Fellow for The GroundTruth Project and a recent graduate of the journalism master's program at Northeastern University in Boston.
She has written and reported on women's rights, labor rights and global health for GlobalPost's RIGHTS blog and PULSE. She also manages GroundTruth's social media presence.
Before coming to Boston, Jessica worked as a radio host for DWTM Magic 89.9, a pop music station in Manila, Philippines. She was also a sideline reporter for the Philippine Basketball Association, a freelance writer and an events host.
