Dr. Jill Goldenziel is Associate Professor at Marine Corps University-Command and Staff College and a Distinguished Senior Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania's Fox Leadership International Program. Her scholarship focuses on international law, human rights, the laws of war, the intersection of international and domestic constitutional law, law and religion, Middle East politics, and refugees and migration. She is currently writing a book on how to solve the migration and refugee crisis. Dr. Goldenziel holds a Ph.D. and an A.M. in Government from Harvard University, a J.D. from the New York University School of Law, and an A.B. from Princeton University.
