Jill is a renowned, L.A. based fitness professional, elite group fitness instructor & online Health Coach with multiple certifications and specialties from leading organizations including the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Stott Pilates, Spinning, PN, MBSC and more. In her 25 plus years of fitness training experience, Jill has touched the lives of thousands of people by helping them transform the health, bodies and increase their vitality. She inspires people to tap their inner strength and connect to their bodies while making permanent mindset, habit and lifestyle changes. Jill also specializes in helping people suffer from chronic back pain. Throughout her career, Jill has taught at L.A.’s most prestigious studios and fitness facilities, specializing in a variety of training methods ranging from Spinning, to Pilates to Boot Camps including suspension, body weight and functional training, kettlebells, ViPR and more. Over the years, Jill has developed and designed various unique and popular workouts including a Barre-Pilates fusion called "Barre Burn", “SuperBody Circuit," "Cross Training Revolution," seasonal training Indoor Cycling programs and many others. Currently Jill teaches Indoor Cycling, "Barre Burn," "Cross Training Revolution," "Best Abs Ever," and more at Equinox gyms in L.A. Outside of the gym, she personally trains a list of high profile clientele at their residences, private studios or outdoors. She consults for fitness companies in marketing, product / program design and visual content. Online, Jill has a popular "True Beginner Fitness" program on YouTube. Jill also has a vast media background with a B.A. in Mass Communications (TV, radio, journalism & film) from Emerson College. She hosts, writes, produces, and consults on a wide variety of infomercials, marketing videos and web content. During the brief time Jill is not working on her fitness mission, she loves playing with her dogs (only adopts rescues), traveling and being a Pescatarian.
