Jim founded Taradel LLC in 2003 after decades of successful print industry management experience. Prior to Taradel, Jim held executive sales and marketing positions with International Paper and American Paper Group. In less than 13 years under Jim's leadership, Taradel has grown from a home-based startup, to an eight figure entity. He has created strategic partnerships with two national postal services and multiple international corporations. Jim has led Taradel to Inc. 5000 status for nine consecutive years and was recently honored for building one of Richmond, VA's "Top 25" companies for the third time.
