Jodi Weiss founded EverythingSmart, a career coaching/strategy consultancy, in early 2016. She currently serves as Practice Leader of the Nonprofit and Higher Education at Korn Ferry Futurestep, where she has over a decade of experience in executive search and career coaching. She was formerly immersed in the world of publishing, during which time she was an editorial director, managing editor, and eventually, a literary agent. She has been an adjunct professor of English and writing since 2003. In her spare time, Jodi is an avid ultrarunner, excelling at the 100-mile distance, and a devoted yogi. Jodi holds Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in English/Literature and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Brooklyn College.
