Dr. Alexander, retired from the U.S. Army and joined Los Alamos National Laboratory. He later served as a senior fellow with a DoD university. He has worked with the Council of Foreign Relation, National Research Council, and Army Science Board. He has published several books and monographs plus articles in a variety of journals.
