Before becoming president of Reed, Kroger was Oregon's Attorney General, an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York, served on the Enron Task Force, and as deputy policy director of Bill Clinton’s 1992 presidential campaign. He is also the author of Convictions: A Prosecutor's Battles Against Mafia Killers, Drug Kingpins, and Enron Thieves.
