John R. Hibbing is the Foundation Regents Professor of Political Science and Psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He has been a NATO Fellow in Science, a Senior Fulbright Fellow, a Guggenheim Fellow, and was recently elected a Fellow in the American Association for the Advancement of Science. For the last decade, he has been one of the leaders in the movement to incorporate biology into the study of politics. With Kevin B. Smith and John R.
