Joice Wirkus

Joice Wirkus is the Vice President of Retail Marketing at PetSmart, where she oversees the marketing for merchandising, services, events and integrated brand, as well as media functions. Joice is not only an expert in the pet retail business but has a true passion for pets and works to bring the best and most unique trends to pet parents every day. Over the last 13 years at PetSmart, she has been in a variety of roles ranging from services marketing and customer experience to merchandising and store operations. Within this time, Joice has also led the marketing and communications efforts at PetSmart Charities. Joice grew up with cats, but is now mom to her rescued papillon mix Teddy.
