Jon Gettman, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of criminal justice at Shenandoah University and an adjunct assistant professor in management at the Graduate School of the University of Maryland University College. He received his Ph.D. in public policy from George Mason University, where he specialized in the study of regional economic development. He is also Director of Cannabis Policy for High Times magazine and a former National Director of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML).
