Jon Wolfsthal is the Deputy Director of the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (cns.miis.edu) at the Monterey Institute of International Studies. He served for three years as the special advisor to Vice President Joseph Biden for nuclear security and nonproliferation and as a director at the National Security Council. He is the co-author of Deadly Arsenals: Tracking Weapons of Mass Destruction.
