Jonas Gahr Støre, Member of Parliament and former Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of HealthJonas Gahr Støre earned his degree in political science at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris in France in 1985 after attending the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy. Since 1989, he has held a number of senior posts with the Norwegian government.
