Mr. Lowy is Director of the Legal Action Project of the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence. He represents communities whose gun laws are challenged in the courts, and victims who have been injured by gun industry negligence, including victims of the DC-area sniper shootings. He is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Virginia School of Law.
