Joseph Olshan

Joseph Olshan's first novel, Clara's Heart, won the London Times/Jonathan Cape Young Writers competition and went on to be made into a movie starring Whoopie Goldberg. He is the author of nine novels and two collaborative works of non-fiction. He has written for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post as well as The Times of London, The Guardian, the Independent and The Observer. He is currently the editorial director of Delphinium Books (distributed by HarperCollins) and lives full-time in Vermont
