Dr. Joshua Gleis is president of Gleis Security Consulting, LLC. His newest book is Hezbollah and Hamas: A Comparative Study (Johns Hopkins University Press, August 2012). He is also the author of Withdrawing Under Fire: Lessons Learned from Islamist Insurgencies (Potomac Books, April 2011). Dr. Gleis received his PhD and Masters from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University -- the nation's oldest school of international relations, and his bachelors degree from Cornell University.
