Judy Appel

Judy Appel, together with her wife, Alison, is the mother of two kids, Kobi (16) and Talia (12). She is the executive director of Our Family Coaltion (hyperlink here: http://ourfamily.org/meet-our-family/our-staff). Our Family Coalition advances equity for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) families with children through support, education, and advocacy. We support families so that children can thrive, while building connections within the community at large. Judy also sits on the Berkeley Unified School District board of education.
