Julia Clark is a nonpartisan pollster for global research company Ipsos Public Affairs. Julia joined Ipsos in 2003, spending seven years in the London office as Head of Political Research before moving back stateside in 2010. She is now a Vice President with Ipsos Public Affairs in the US.

Julia specializes in political, public sector, and healthcare research in both the US and UK. She manages Ipsos’ program of political polling for Thomson Reuters, and additionally has expertise in communications research, message testing, international quantitative and qualitative research, large-scale project management, and questionnaire design. She regularly provides political commentary to both US and UK media outlets.

Though she spends a lot of her time in New York and DC, Julia lives in Chicago with her husband and charming 1-year old daughter. She completed her MSc at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, and her BA at The Johns Hopkins University.
