Executive Producer/Writer, Law & Order: SVU

Julie Martin is executive producer of the hit NBC drama "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," now in its 18th season. Martin has been working as a writer and producer for episodic television since 1990. Her series credits include “L.A. Law,” “Homicide: Life on the Street,” “The Beat,” “The Jury,” “Law and Order: Criminal Intent,” “Kings,” “Law & Order” and “Law & Order: Los Angeles.” For her work on NBC’s “Homicide,” Martin received a Peabody Award and the Humanitas Prize. Martin has written pilots for NBC, CBS, the CW and HBO, and was a co-creator and executive producer on the WB series “The Bedford Diaries.” She is a Writer’s Guild Award, NAACP Image Award, Prism Award, Imagen Award and Edgar Allan Poe Award nominee.
